My idea was actually to create topic like this, for Vice City this time, to guide users complete the storyline without the use of cheats to give weapons and wasting money to buy weapons. Although a weapon guide was included in one of the topics, I decided to create my own weapons guide as the one I saw needed some fixes, included less weapon pickups guide etc. In the name of Allah (God, same as God of the christians and judaisms)
